Imagine the delight of the Lady sat high above in real comfort in her expensive car with luxuriously comfy seats caressing her body, her feet encased in elegant high heels. It only takes the slightest of movements from her dainty feet to create intense agony for anything fortunate enough to be beneath her wheels!
